MEN'S COUNCIL:
Men's Council meets in Wallace Moore Fellowship Center from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. every Saturday from September to May. Breakfast is served followed by interesting programs on subjects including travelogues, biographies, politics and special presentations by outside speakers. All fpcw men and their spouses are welcome.

FIRST FAMILIES:
First Families welcomes anyone interested in Christian Fellowship. This committee plans social activities throughout the year for all ages. Some activities are geared to children and families while others are strictly adult events. A few examples of past events are the annual bowling and pizza night, an Oktoberfest party, a wine tasting, a progressive dinner, Christmas caroling, cookie decorating, baseball games, family picinics and beach nights. First Families welcomes new participants.

GALILEAN WOMEN:
Galilean women is an inter-generational educational study group that concerns itself with issues of peace, justice and equality as related to Christian women. Interested women are invited to attend the meetings, held after the 10:30 a.m. worship service on most Sundays.

SPOKES (WOMEN'S GROUPS):
There are three women's spokes at fpcw that study various topics at their regular meetings.

Spoke 1: an intergenerational group open to all women of the church, meets on the third Tuesday morning of each month except June and August. We offer fellowship, Bible study, and mission work through a neighborhood house. We currently have 27 members; meetings are held in member's homes.

Spoke 1 continues to support Association House. We collect food monthly for the Association House Food Pantry. In December we support the Christmas Store with items requested, usually new underewear and socks as well as toys and games. We raised $250.00 for the Christmas Store at our annual white elephant silent auction. We also provided taggers for the April Children's Benefit League tag day.

Spoke 3: has 17 members between the ages of 40 and 70 who meet for Bible study and to socialize. One of our goals is to allow everyone an opportunity to talk about what is going on in their life and things that may be troubling them.

Spoke 4: a 6 to 8 member women's group, meets for fellowship and to provide fellowship for our shut-ins. We discuss current events as well as personal subjects. We provide support to Christopher House through donations of money and clothing. Several members contribute time and effort to assist the staff where they are needed.

Spoke 5: Moms and Tots is a group specifically for moms of young children, from birth to kindergarten age. This group will meet once a month on Tuesday mornings from 9:15 to 10:45 a.m.

Spoke 6: Thursday Evening is an all age/interest group that will meet at the church the first Thursday of each month.

Spoke 7: Friday Lunch Group is all age/interest group. This group will meet at the church the first Friday of each month.

Spoke 8: Saturday Morning Walking Group that meets to walk in Gillson Park on the lakefront.
